Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • With hygiene liner intact (for bikini bottoms and one-pieces)

🚫 Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items with removed hygiene liners
  • Used or washed items
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

How To Return

  1. Email us at solea.media@outlook.es with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back at your expense (we recommend a tracked service).
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help! Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
