How to Measure

How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape. Keep it level against your body — not too tight, not too loose.

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and parallel to the floor.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your belly button.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, with feet together and tape level.

Head

Wrap the tape around your forehead, just above your ears, and across the back of your head.
